Who we are
Levve is a project in development, run by Alexandre Alberto Fernandes Semedo. Contact: privacy@drinklevve.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we store your email, the date, the page language and, if you came from an ad, where you came from. If you answer the survey, we also store your answers. Every question is optional.
What we use it for
To tell you about the launch, invite you to tastings, decide on flavours and prices, and, if you agree, arrange a short chat to hear your views. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who processes it
The waitlist and emails are handled by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) on our behalf. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until you leave the waitlist or the project ends, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or leave the list, by emailing privacy@drinklevve.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
